On January 23rd, 2025, our oldest daughter, Mia Camille Tanner Lockard, was tragically killed by a juvenile drunk driver.

Mia loved the Washougal community and her time at Washougal High School. As such, to honor her memory, we have created a foundation in her name, "The Love Mia Foundation." Mia embodied love, kindness, and empathy. The foundation's goal is to assist Washougal students in both athletic and academic pursuits.
